The user confirms that the address indicated during registration is a valid address. In case of change of this address, the user will inform the other party of the change of this address, otherwise notifications to this address will be considered valid.

In all disputes between the website user and nickyakademi.com.tr, the records and documents of the parties, computer records and fax records will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Civil Procedure Law No. 6100, and the user agrees not to object to these records.

The courts and executive authorities of Istanbul are authorised to resolve any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of this Agreement.
