PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
If you have chosen to pay by credit card in online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of checkout. In case of possible order cancellation or cancellation due to stock issues, your credit card will be refunded within 1 – 3 working days.
If you have placed an order via IBAN transfer or on-site payment, the refund will be made to your IBAN account with the refund details in the description section.
Delivery
We endeavour to deliver the items you order to freight within a week. For items that take time to deliver, the delivery time for consignment is 5-7 working days. You will be informed if there is a possible delay in delivery.
In order for the delivery of goods to proceed without interruption, please provide your location address as your delivery address during the day.
Your order cannot be cancelled while it is in shipment.
Your orders are delivered in the fastest and safest way to the home of our valued customers through different delivery companies. The delivery time depends on the customer’s home address, but usually takes 1-4 working days.
You can discuss different delivery terms with our customer service representative. In addition, delivery shipping is valid for Turkey only.
Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed on the payment page.
In the event of an error at the address provided, the customer is contacted about the order, which cannot be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order has been handed over.
We are responsible to the bank where we use the credit card system and to the customer for the delivery.
Please be careful!
Open and inspect packages that you believe have been damaged in transit, in the presence of an authorised person of the company you have received. If you believe the goods have been damaged, do not accept the goods by informing the freight company.
Upon receipt of the goods, the freight company is deemed to have fully fulfilled its responsibilities.

Please send the report you made to our email address as soon as possible.
If you follow these procedures, we will start working on your parcel, redeliver as soon as possible, or refund your money as requested.
If you briefly explain why you wish to return the item in this email, you will assist us in our work on the item.
RETURN POLICY
Our return and refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on used, deformed items.
Different types of goods cannot be returned. Goods such as newspapers or magazines are not returnable.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process a return.
In some cases, only partial refunds are possible:
A book with obvious signs of use
An unopened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not our fault.
You may contact us to initiate a return. Please note that the address to which the return will be sent will be provided by us.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you receive a favourable decision, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.
Delayed or incomplete refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may be some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It usually takes a certain amount of time before a refund is issued.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned.
You can always contact us with any questions regarding returns.
Refunds are made by subtracting the shipping cost from the price of the item. Shipping costs are different for everyone. When you issue a return, you will be sent a shipping invoice to show as proof.
This is a policy to protect against all malicious transactions.
Damages and problems
Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods and if they are faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately to assess and rectify the problem.
Exclusions / non-returnable items
Unforunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item and make a separate purchase of a new item once the return has been accepted.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of the return. The gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver sent the order to then give it to you, we will send a refund to the giver and they will be notified of your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify your refund, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically transferred to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since the return was approved, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged item to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to use a tracked delivery service or purchase insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
